Charles Conrad Biography

Charles "Chuck" Conrad has 35 years of retail execution experience with personal experience at all levels of retail leadership. He has held positions from an assistant store manager with a 30 member staff to a corporate vice president responsible for over 1000 stores and 6500 sales people nationwide. As a result of this experience he is well aware of the day-to-day pressures that retail manager's face.

Chuck has developed a keen ability to maximized performance by matching responsibilities to the individual strengths. He has built world-class teams by understanding the connection between employees, customers and the need to deliver top performance. He has been a leader in diversity, management development and culture building for many years.

Chuck is recognized in the consumer electronics field as an innovative and charismatic leader. He has been acknowledged for his contributions to customer-centricity, mobile communications and operational excellence both in the U.S. and internationally.

For the last 17 years Chuck has been a key leader for the number one leading consumer electronics firm. During his tenure at Best Buy he was involved in critical roles that delivered:
